Wedding Wednesday- "Real Wedding"- Nicole & Jason

Over the past 14 years I have assisted over 600 couples in fulfilling their wedding dreams. Time and time again I am asked, "if you had one all encumbering, piece of advice for wedding planning what would it be?"

The answer is simple, make it all about you, the two of you in every aspect possible. When the main current that runs through a wedding is the love a couple shares and the dynamics of their personalities, then the wedding guests and most importantly the couple themselves can not help but feel swept away.

Nicole and Jason personified the statement noted above. No copy and paste insert any bride and groom here. Nicole knew that modern but rustic elegance was what she was envisioning for her day. Together with her Dynamic planner Marylen Exposito and the Über creative Blooms, Inc. Nicole had those visions fulfilled and then some.

When it came to the grooms cake, the couple wanted to incorporate their common love for the show " The Walking Dead ". If there is anyone in Miami that you can feel comfortable in saying " just do whatever you want with the cake, we trust you." It's Rosie from Elegant Temptations. That cake took grooms cakes to a whole new level.

Rustic, Elegant, Modern, funny & even a little scary. Take a look for yourselves and to see more visit: http://davidzaveloff.com/biltmore-hotel-miami-wedding/

Biltmore Best Photo Locations

We were recently asked by Brides Magazine to provide their readers with our best photo locations within our one of a kind property. We were more than happy to oblige.

Indeed The Biltmore is a photographers paradise, with too many locations for one blog post, but if you are a Biltmore Bride here are some of the top spots to make sure your photos are as timeless as our venue.

1. Biltmore Lobby- East side, West Side, Center- There is no such thing as a bad spot. Just coordinate the time with your catering manager to make sure you're not standing in the middle of someone else's event.

2. The Alhambra & Granada Loggias- Contrasting the green wall color against a white wedding dress is spectacular!

3. The Banyan Tree- With it's beautiful roots anchored to the ground and it's leaves reaching for the clouds, it's no mystery why this symbolic spot is one of our favorites.

4. Anywhere on the golf course- There are dozens of potential shots within our 6,800 yard championship golf course. Speak to your catering manager about securing a golf cart for you so that you can move around quickly and make the most of your time.

5. The Country Club- The Country Club Fountain is an ideal location for bridal party photos and no Biltmore wedding album is complete with out a photo on the famous Country Club Ballroom stairs.

Let me guess...you're visual and need to see for yourself? Then take a look at this video from our friends at Focused on Forever that showcases some of the photo op locations noted above & then some. Wedding Wednesday- "Real Wedding" Tiffanie & Pierre

Welcome back to Wedding Wednesday!

Today we bring you the very special southern inspired celebration of Tiffanie & Pierre. Family and food were the focus of this beautiful fete. Tiffanie knew the Biltmore was where she wanted her special day to take place, as not one but two of her sisters had already enjoyed a beautiful Biltmore wedding.

The second most important component to the day was the incorporation of all things southern.
The decor included beautiful florals of peach and green with burlap table runners. The menu was something were sure few of her guests have been able to enjoy at a luxury hotel, Jalapeno Corn bread, Bourbon Braised Short Rib and Truffle Mac and Cheese. There is no doubt their guests' stomachs were as full as their hearts.

Tiffanie & Pierre, we hope you continue the tradition of Biltmore Weddings within your family for years to come!
